ABOUT THE PRODUCER
Family business for several generations located in the parish of São João de Negrilhos, in the municipality of Aljustrel. It produces cereals, oilseeds and, more recently, honey and figs from India (in conversion to organic production). Of these, he elaborates some processed products, such as liqueurs, jams and pepper mass (to deal with the conditions to produce). He has already produced melon, tomatoes and peppers for industry, among others. It also has a typical Alentejo wine cellar where carved wine is produced.
