ABOUT THE PRODUCER

Mel Monte do Troviscal is the result of the commitment of a couple of beekeepers who settled in the interior of the country and whose life project is based on obtaining a product of excellence resulting from the innate conditions of the Vale do Guadiana Natural Park, a reference point of knowledge secular production of honey, where the predominance of Mediterranean scrub, namely the purity of spontaneous rosemary, accentuates the sweet taste of Monte do Troviscal honey. In addition to the conditions that nature offers, respect for animal welfare is ensured through certification in the Organic Production Mode. The Monte do Troviscal honey is marketed in national competitions for excellent products from the rural world and in international organic product events for the authenticity of its organoleptic characteristics.
